Ylse's New Filly By Raven

After packing up at Norris we pulled in at the farm just about 4:45pm and instead of immediately walking over to put Ylse in a stall, the stalls were checked, water buckets dumped, cleaned and filled and then I walked over. The cabin field was reached at 5:05 and there was Ylse just standing up, her filly just born. If the cabin would have been the first stop I would have been there for the birth. Mark, Jamie and Ralph helped bring the filly and Ylse back to the farm and into a stall. Mark was taken home and now I'm on my way back to make sure she nurses.
