9 and Windy
Hope the walk is cancelled today the thermometer is reading 9 degrees and dropping but that's not the worst, the wind is blowing hard. Mark is busy hauling wood off the porch into the house.
Ruth's lunch at church yesterday was delicious, along with the usual's of donuts, sandwiches, cookies, and chips she served fresh red ripe strawberries that when bit into gave ones mouth a burst of juicy sweetness. Morning and afternoon service were just for me. I'll say it now, "sorry all you that had to sit through MY services."
Rhoda came over after church to work with Eliza, Zalena and Jenis. Ayanna was given the day off, Rhoda needed to quit in time to get ready for the volley ball games. Team Meister won all three games last night. They may need to find a harder league. Today is a school holiday so
Rhoda spent the night and Karin is coming. The indoor will be put to good use today. Karin borrowed Rachel's propane garage heater and has been able to keep the indoor arena if not comfortable at least usable.
