Mom's bucket list isn't actually that long anymore and we are starting to get worried that once they are all scratched off she will do something else with that bucket. Like maybe kick it? When she went para-sailing she told the guy driving the boat she always wanted to do that before she died. It didn't take long for Spark to grab the boat driver and ask, "are you trying to kill my mom?" There must be something she still wants to do we can put her off doing for 10 or so years, after-all she is only going to be 82 in a couple of weeks.
We had a real treat in Peoria church today. Eunice and Leon Kaisner's son Rick was in town and had just been put in as minister in Chicago. What a treat to get to listen to him for the morning service. We brought home a cd so mom can hear it too. Mike Reiker started the afternoon service but Rick finished it up.
David and Stephanie brought Israel over today. He is crawling very fast now and will soon be walking. We had to leave for Washington for hymn-sing just after 5:00 pm. Spark drove as Diane's van wouldn't start. It was a wonderful ending to a wonderful day.
