Driving to the farm early this morning I was thinking of the delightful time we had with our three boys and their wives last night when a picture of Joan popped into my mind. Not on this earth will Joan have the opportunity to sit at a dinner table with her adult sons. Her treasures are truly in heaven, not on earth and she must wait for eternity to see her 2 sons again. How our eyes and hearts weeps for the Reinhard family. We know a lifetime now is but a passing vapor in eternity and can't help but cry out, Come Lord Jesus, shorten our time here!
At the farm Samantha's filly is feeling so well she was galloping around the paddock and just for fun let out a huge buck. So good to see her feeling well. We are running out of hay in the middle paddock, there is plenty of hay out back but the mares seem to like to eat in the paddock. I'll have to get gas for the John Deere as the skid steer is in Eureka getting repaired again.
On the way home 2 does came running out onto the road but turned around and ran back up the hill before the car was close enough to hit them. So thankful they turned around instead of running right in front of the car, I left my phone at home this morning.
