I started working on the foals registration papers around 7:30 am and was almost finished by 9:30 am. Pablo stopped by to sign the stallion certificate for Dancer's colt. After he left the registrations were put in one big envelope, the check for $325.00 added and that was dropped off at the post office and mailed out. I went to the barn to start cleaning bathrooms and getting everything stocked for the robotics team coming in on Friday. I worked until Dan arrived. His daughter will be getting married here in March so he wanted to get pictures of the upstairs to send to her. I was glad for the break. I took a few pictures of the game room now that the bedrooms are done to show the game room is still plenty big at 2000 square feet.
Above is standing at the batting cage and looking toward the stairs and below is standing near the basketball game looking toward the batting cage.
Above shows the ping pong table, the foosball table, the wrestling mat, the batting cage and the bags game. Below are the couches and chairs. Against the wall there are the 4 flip chairs that will flip down and make twin beds.
I finally quit working and made it home by 2:00 pm. I still needed to send 3 pictures of each foal to the Friesian Heritage registry and it took some time to find the pictures they wanted. I registered 6 foals today so needed to find 18 pictures.
Below is Sheena's Shadow. Sheena's filly by Evan.
Below is Roseberry, Blueberry's filly by Valiant.
Below is Dreamer (poor picture but I didn't have any good ones from the side) This is Madiera's filly right after birth.
Below is Disco, Dancer's colt by Lutzen (Pablo's stallion)
Below is Dahlia, Rosalie's filly by Evan.
Below is Aragorn (Lily's 2024 colt)
We still have one more colt to register but we will need to wait until next years crop and add Bulu's colt to that group. He needs to be named plus I forgot to pull hair from him before we took them out to Middle Grove.
Monica was willing for me to wait to register Aragorn as with the registry there is a breeders special if we register 3 ore more at a time. It isn't a huge break in price but saves $15.00. Every little bit helps. Mark and I left for church at 6:10 pm. Tonight the ICC Bradley young group came. David had the message click
HERE to watch that. David told us tonight was a whisper message but it was very interesting. After church the ICC Bradley group ended up at Joan's house. We know because we got in a line of traffic all turning into our drive.
