Killian
The bathroom and bedroom in the farm house were painted today, at least the first coat. Perhaps tomorrow there will be time to do the second coat but first I must UPS out Bibles to the chaplain at the prison in Topeka KS. The new fridge is to be delivered between 12:30pm and 4:00pm so I must be back by noon anyway.
Valiant was used today but before Sandy was brought over, he was taken to the outdoor arena and made to mind. I also couldn't resist asking him for some tricks which he willingly did.
Karin arrived late afternoon to work Ciera, Indy and Killian which was a great opportunity for some updated pictures of Indy and Killian. Karin reported Ciera is very smart, figuring out very quickly what she was asking and then doing it. Indy took a bit longer but still much improved from yesterday. Below is Indy at 26 months old.
She has amazing movement but reminds Karin so much of her mother Ylse. In other words sometimes in her own world.
Killian was the surprise of the day. This was his first time ever for round pen reasoning.
Usually yearlings are gangling and dare I say, ugly, but not this guy, he just keeps getting better and better. The rest of the pictures were placed on Indy and Killian's pages on the website.
