Little Red Riding Hood or the Village?
Today we awoke to fog so thick the news was announcing there was zero viability outside. Doesn't the picture above look like the start of a scary story? This ghostly figure is drifting toward the the thick woods stealing some kind of alien gremlin. What is it hiding under the cloak? Surely not a basket of food for grandmother, nope it is probably bones, gristle, blood, fur and meat that has obviously been gnawed on by sharp teeth. Actually today on the walk one of the ladies really was carrying bones and guts. The dogs had dragged part of a deer carcass onto the dam. Rachel was the hero to dispose of the dead body but it isn't Rachel in the cape. I'm not telling who would dress up and scare the children around here.Getting back to the real world today we were swamped at Bereans and short one worker until Rhonda showed up. We put her to work placing labels on envelopes, then envelopes on studies. We were not able to finish. After work all the first of the month bills needed to be paid just 3 days late. Deposits needed to be dropped off at 2 different banks and the mail dropped off at the post office. Even though the weather was suppose to be warm it felt cold and damp all day. The sun never burned off the fog to warm us up.
