Enjoy Hosting

Our walk was interesting. When we got to Joan's she was busy putting numbers on the campers.

This will help for the rentals as 2 of them are exactly the same and the other two both Salems.
We got to the cabin lane and Mike was busy filling tires with his portable air compressor.
When we passed mom's  house and started towards Joan's for the second time Spark and Rhonda pulled up. Spark told us he just couldn't take it anymore and was taking  Rhonda to jail.
Of course we burst out laughing, Rhonda was more worried about who was taking her home.
Diane was with mom today with Joan on call. I left for the Berean office. We had a really good morning's work there. IF you would like to read about that click HERE. Skip took the Bibles and studies to the post office. This was my last week there for 3 weeks, next week scheduled with doctor visits and Midwest Orthopedics to go over post op and June 6th is hip surgery.
As soon as I got home and changed the golf cart was taken up to the 5th wheel to clean it for the couple coming in tonight. The sheets and towels were thrown in the laundry first then the tanks were emptied. Thankfully no problems today. The air needed to be put on as it was sunny and already in the 80s. This couple wanted a campfire but were bringing their own fire pit, one that is special made to cook with. I brought 2 chairs out, a couple hot dog forks and enough wood for both nights they will be here. As soon as the laundry was finished the sheets were put on the bed and the clean towels in the closet. Then it was time to work on my house. Today we were having company for dinner so the floors were all swept and mopped. We planned on eating at 6:00 pm but the company were told to feel free to come before so when they arrived at 5:30 pm we took a golf cart ride to let the mares out to graze and introduce them to the horses. David and Stephanie also came for dinner with Israel and Elisabet. Of course Israel wanted to call Anna to see if Braelyn, Taegan and Kensley could come play but tomorrow is Israel's last day of school so no one stayed too late.  Today both Israel and David got an award and we had to laugh when we heard what they were for. Both were voted most energetic.
A very nice 5 star review came in from the people who stayed at the apartment last: Judith knocked it out of the park for us. Just wow. The place was secluded but not to far from town. Had a few options for groceries as we used the kitchen and cooked outside by the fire. The beds are amazing. I slept better than at home. Plan on staying here again when I’m town. The price was better than we wanted and well worth more. Thanks Judith for everything,  for opening your place to us. The scenery was amazing and relaxation was needed. Felt like we were at home.
We love these reviews, since we enjoy hosting it is really nice to hear how much our guests enjoy themselves when here.
