We are all exhausted, we will need to get back to work to rest up from all the fun over this 4 day holiday. I was very thankful today was Sunday so we could go to church and REST. Tim Roecker had the morning service while Dave Obgerfel had the afternoon. Both sermons were great, they tied together on Love. Dave reminded us about the Royal Law found in James 2:8
Of course we could always ask, "who is our neighbor?" It was over 90 degrees when we got out of church, the 2 animals that can not tolerate the heat are Goldie's day old calf and Mytross' week old colt. Both were fine, there was enough breeze to keep them alive. The horses were hosed down to help cool them off. Mytross is coming into her foal heat. We are still waiting for Lola to come in, she is very protective of her colt and may not be showing because of that.
After church the kids came here for dinner then volley ball at the playground. No pictures, I was just too tired to even think of getting the camera out.
