More Fun in the Sun

We tried to have the work done here before noon so we could go play with the family. Today most of them migrated from Middle Grove to Norris, IL at the Herman Lake in the Sky. I had to drop the truck and trailer off at Middle Grove before heading out and the horses were all up at the first lake. The camera was grabbed for a few pictures.
We currently have 31 horses out at Middle Grove
Below is Ella and 3 month old Scarlet by Evan
Bunni is due 9-17-2013
Jewel on the left was bred to Evan and is due Aug 19th, 2013 while Sangria on the right was bred to Valiant is due Sept 13th,2013
Cor Arianne was bred to Valiant and is due Aug 28th, 2013
Beautiful Clair was bred to Valiant and is due Aug 9th, 2013. She will need to be brought home soon.
Star was bred to Evan and is due Jan 30th, 2014
Sissy was bred to Valiant and is due Jan 13th, 2014
Looking through the pictures I missed getting a picture of Sally. She was bred to Evan and is due Sept 15th, 2013.  Mark and mom picked me up from Middle Grove and off we went to Norris, IL. Just as soon as we arrived mark had to go check out the Herman's tractor.
The usual volleyball games were in full swing.
There were lots of kids playing in the lake, on the slides, rope swing, the V.I.P Dock and the double decker dock

Always a favorite at this lake is the soft serve ice cream.

The next couple of pictures are of Dan bringing a group back from the water slide, rope swing and double decker dock.

IN our family we have this motto: "there is always room for one more."
We got home at 5:00pm, checked on the cows, made sure the new calf was nursing, made dinner and now we are heading to bed. Another great day, Thank You Lord!
