Brand New Raven Filly

Hi Judy Frannie had an all black filly on Monday April 9th. What kind of paper work do I need to get from you to register her.

We are waiting for pictures of this filly but Frannie is pictured below. Imagine, Raven throws a black even when bred to this color. This is Frannie before she was all fattened up and living in Texas.
