Drove down to TEMCO to pick up the mail but no one was there yet and no plowing had been done so Meister Brothers ended up being first which gave the office time to heat up. It was 5 BELOW zero when I arrived and the office was so cold. By the time the mail was able to be picked up it was scramble time to try to get done by 11:30am. Luckily Philip came in and was talked into helping with the terribly boring job of opening the mail. We had a great group at lunch. Taunya & Addyson, Anna & Phil, Rhoda & Sarah and Spark all joined us, it was a very good thing we weren't in a hurry, Denny's regular cooks didn't make it in and the replacement cooks were slow. Tammy our waitress informed us this was her last day, she is moving to Missouri tomorrow. We will miss her fantastic service.
After lunch it was off to Eva Jean's to drop off the studies. Had a hard time getting through to her house, a tree had fallen on one of her neighbor's houses during the storm and the tree service was there to try to remove it from the roof.
Then it was down to Methodist family practice on Main Street to pick up a letter giving me permission to fly with Tim and Sarah Reindhard's medicine. Joan called last week to see if we could bring it to Florida when we come. A quick trip to CVS to pick their meds up was that last errand before coming home to watch Addyson.
Mark shoveled a path to the mailbox yesterday sure hope the mailman will deliver our mail now that he has a path. I'm waiting for 2 checks and if at least one doesn't come before we leave I'll have to borrow money from Mark so the account won't overdraw.
The sheer amount of snow we are dealing with makes everything hard. This is the pile off just some of the driveway. One can barely see the barns behind this mountain of snow.
Ah Addyson is HERE!
