Partly cloudy and windy. Temperatures warming rapidly to -6 to -10F.
I'm having trouble with the wording on warming rapidly who writes stuff like that? it has been 15 below for a couple of hours, when is that rapidly word going to be truthful and how does -6 to -10 equal WARM?
