It's a GIRL!

Emily and Rhoda worked on the arena this morning after the storm dumped over a half inch of rain on it in a very short period of time. Below Emily is raking while Rhoda is digging a trench to let the water out.

They got done just before vaulting started up. Emily cleaned up the 4 wheeler before taking it back over to Mikes.
The vaulting practice was going well when I looked over and saw Emily's cow Kenna had just given birth to her calf.
The practice had to take a break so we could move Kenna and her calf into the barn. Below Emily was trying to take her to Kenna but her other cow, Goldie decided to claim the calf and got between the real mom.
Emily had to tie Kenna up, and hold Goldie while Amy Beth and Karin carried the calf up to where Kenna was tied.
Below are a few of the vaulters watching this process.

Once the calf nursed we took them into a stall to bond with each other.
That didn't take too long. The vaulting practice resumed then all the kids went to Diane's for swimming to cool off. My golf cart was plugged in and I went off to the house. Rhoda came down from the barn to tell me the golf cart started on fire. She was able to put it out but the charger connectors are completely melted. Hope Dan will find the parts and fix this handy tool.
We  had a group from Madgalena Mexico arrive for Karin to take on a trail ride. This group had a lot of smaller kids that needed to go double. Anni and Rebekah brought their 2 horses over to help out.
Below all the horses have 2 riders except Cookie. Her rider could ride.

After the trail ride Rhoda and Emily took Ayanna and Indy into the outdoor arena for games practice. They are going to enter them in the PRC show on Tuesday evening and needed to teach them the patterns of the classes.

We rode with Diane to church. Craig Stickling had the message on 1st John chapter 4. After church we loaded up a bike into the back of Diane's van Rhoda found sitting in her neighborhood with a free sign on it, then got ready to leave and the left side passenger door wouldn't shut. For a few minutes we wondered exactly what to do, drive home with it open or force it? But by about the 7th try it stayed shut and we were able to drive safely home arriving after 9:00pm.
