Below Karin is showing them how he kisses.
Shaeya the birthday girl is pictured with him in the picture below.
This colt is so friendly that when he saw the kids crowded around the open stall door, he decided to join them. Karin told them that this is not normal, foals are usually afraid of people, but he is a RAVEN baby.
Next Shaeya has to check on Ribbon's filly. This filly was huge when she was born and continues to GROW
It is hard to believe she is just over a month old. She was such a show-off when they went to the outside arena for rides on her mother, prancing and running around her mom and the riders.
The pictures below are a few of the guests.
Notice all the happy faces above, wonder if Karin should have kept Ribbon at a walk for the rider below
We were pleased the rain held off until after the party. Jay, Spark's son-in-law came to take down the tree overhanging the drive. Mark brought the skid steer down to move the huge sections off the road. Karin and Sarah were bringing Sandy and Sunny, Rachel's 2 horses, over for training when the rain started. It didn't start up with a few sprinkles, nope this was a downpour. Sarah came in soaked to the skin. The picture below is of the clouds just before the rain it.
The picture below was taken when standing on the front porch. The rain drops are huge, big enough to be photographed.
David and Stephanie are bringing home their baby boy from the hospital this evening.
We can't wait to meet Israel John Sceggel in person. Isn't he adorable!
That is one cute grandson you have :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Aunt Judy for helping with the party, the cotton candy, and horse rides! It's a day they all will never forget!!!
LOVE the pictures too!!!!
