David, Rhoda and Sarah left on a walk before breakfast while it was still relatively cool and one the trail they saw this Eastern box turtle. There are many here, we see them crossing the parking lot.
They were a little late for breakfast. We are thankful for the table right outside the kitchen.
The overflow of kids get to eat on the deck sofa.
We had visitors today, John and Beth arrived with 6 of their grandchildren, They wanted to go swimming in the pool so we all went to the pool. David and Nolan were throwing kids into the pool.
Check out the video, some of these kids got thrown pretty high.
When it got too hot, we made our way to the hot tub on our deck. I know that sounds weird but the hot tub heat is turned off so the water is cool.
John and Beth left shortly after lunch.
David took the younger kids out on the boat for tubing and cliff jumping.
The kids that wanted to got to drive the boat.
Rhoda and Lee were on this trip.
Zeke loves being with his boy cousins.
Abe got a little dangerous climbing up on the boat.
Once they were done Phil took out the older kids on the boat. No pictures came in from that trip. Rhoda and Lee picked up Indian food for our supper tonight. After supper came the spa night for the girls.

Mark and I listened in to Wednesday night church at Peoria. Tim Roecker had the message. He spoke on 1 Chronicles 10 and then 2 Corinthians 5. It was interesting last week David brought up dad at the
jail and tonight Tim brought up dad at the jail. It will be 21 years this December 11th since dad died and we still speak of him. He really did love the LORD.
