Tessa's Trot

I had 3 people interested in Eliza filly last week and 2 of them wanted to see an updated video. With girls camp last weekend plus the wedding and reception yesterday I knew the first chance would be today so right after the walk Emily got Mike's 4 wheeler to rake the arena while I brought Eliza and her filly over from the cabin field.
Our outdoor arena is amazing, even with 3 inches of rain yesterday it was very usable today, just one small wet spot at the end.

We spent very little time on this video of Tessa's trot but at least it is done.
Karin was hosting vaulting and I needed to head down to TEMCO then Meisters. The invoice came today for the last Bible order. This batch of Bibles cost $8064.00. Kind of shocking to see what we spend and yet what is the price of one soul?
Emily's job today was to paint the insulation on the inside wall of the stall barn to help protect it from sunlight. Mark had a Home board meeting tonight and wouldn't you know tonight was the night the piano was delivered. Ralph and Jamie delivered it, luckily Rhoda, Sarah and Emily helped get it off the trailer and into the house. It's amazing what we get done around here with girl power.
Ralph didn't just bring in the bench, he helped move the piano too but we thought the girls moving it made a better story so asked Ralph to pose with the bench.
We traded a Valiant stud fee to Ralph and Jamie for their mare Dakota for the piano and what a great trade. It is a very well made Wurlitzer. After Ralph and Jamie left I took the golf cart over to mom's for a few hymn books and spent the evening playing.
