Ayanna and Violet spent the day inside today as the rain just kept coming down. It was raining when we woke up this morning and is raining as we are thinking of hitting the sack. Violet was practicing her piaffe and passage dressage moves in the stall all anxious to get out and use those legs but she will have to stay in until her umbilicus is dry. We don't want to have an umbilical cord infection.
We had a light day at Berean, light as in no more than a couple hundred Bible studies but we had well over 100 letters to read, thankfully Dave Obgerfel brought John Grassi to help. After the letters were read we put them to work stuffing and stamping the Bibles. We just can't seem to get done on time any more. Diane went back after lunch to clean up the office while I drove the 120 Bibles to the post office. Tomorrow I'll need to get the other 120 that need to go by UPS out. Caleb Sauder brought us up another 20 boxes of Bibles and informed us we may only have 25 boxes left. I'll need to order more next week.
Karin, Hannah and Faith came over, Karin to work Ribbon a bit and Hannah to ride Sunny. Faith got to ride double first with Karin and then with Hannah as it was too muddy and wet to get Misty out. Cynthia and her husband arrived and both rode Sunny. The camera was left at the house so the phone was taken out for the picture below.
Of course I had to show off Ayanna's filly too. No one gets off the property without oohing and aahing over that pretty girl. The mares will have to be moved off the pastures tomorrow, the pastures are soaked. I should have moved them today.
