Zalena

We arrived back at the farm around 3:15am. We switched drivers around midnight, I went into the camper to sleep leaving the last leg of the journey for Mike and Diane. The last 3 hours of the trip were brutal. Mike and Diane had to switch drivers every half hour. We unloaded Killian and put him in the breeding shed with Indy. The poor little boy was so glad to get off the trailer and see other horses. He is now sticking to Indy like glue.
Pictures will be taken once I get back from Missouri to pick up Zalena.
Meet Zalena

Zalena is a 1e premie FHANA registered mare 15.3 hands tall, born May 1999. Her owner asked if we would trade her for Jakob while we were in Gulf Shores. We knew at that time Jakob was probably sold so turned her down. Well after looking at the picture above and getting all of her vet records we decided to buy her as a replacement to Sanna. She has good bloodlines and is not related to either Raven or Evan. She is located in Missouri (not my favorite state to drive in) and will be picked up this afternoon. I'm planning on leaving here around 8:30am and am taking the stock trailer just in case she is hesitant at loading.
