Changing Colors
The picture above was taken while walking on the dam this morning on the way to Rachel and David's house looking over at Spark and Rhonda's house. The fall colors are starting their brilliant glow. Rachel made the point that God gives us this gift, He didn't have to do this but does just for us!
Eva Jean and I had a very busy day with the Bible study program. We were swamped and were not able to finish before lunch. After lunch a few thousand copies were made before heading to Sam's club for dog food and fruit. A trip to Hoerr vet clinic was next on the list to pick up Sanna and JoHanna's coggin papers. Sanna and Karoline are to leave for their new home tomorrow while JoHanna is to leave next week.
Once back at the farm Steven Marchal brought out Evan and helped him get Jewel covered.
Choir tonight was held at the Skyline Home as the fellowship hall is getting the parking lot blacktopped. Ida Schwenk attended, then was telling Wayne our director he was WAY to strict!
We were thrilled to have Marilynn come tonight. She made a special trip out to help Eva Jean serve the lunch and what a lunch it was.
The meat balls Eva Jean makes are so good tonight she made a triple recipe. Each time she serves she runs out and this time she was determined not to except the more she makes the more we eat.
Of course the rest of the food was also GREAT!
We didn't get home until after 10:00pm, just not use to such late nights.

Sanna's 2008 filly is gorgeous. What did you end up naming her? We love our new boy... "Falcon" ... we now call him Sebastian is he is quite majestic. These Friesians are addictive... (as you obviously are aware) You lead a very busy life. :)
ReplyDeleteShe was named Thundercracker by the lady that bought her, go figure!
