Frozen Pipes
Karin went out to the farm to water the arena to get ready for vaulting and called that the hydrant was not working. She then went into the stall barn and the hydrant is not working there either. I asked her to go into the office and try the sink and no water, she looks in the toilet and guess what it is all ice we must have lost our heat and now all of our pipes are frozen. This year we were not going to let that happen. We will have a mess on our hands to fix this one. Vaulting starts up tomorrow at 4:30pm so right after work I'll head out there with hoses, try to hook up to the outdoor hydrant and get the arena watered. Hopefully Mark will have some ideas on how to get the heat back on in the office and start defrosting pipes. I wonder how many will be broken. ARGH!
