The Cavapoos

I drove to Casey's at 6:30 am to pick up a dozen donuts for the Berean volunteers and on the way home stopped at the apartment to turn on the lights and the air conditioner as we have guests moving in today. Breakfast was cooked as soon as I got back.  After the walk I went straight to mom's so we could get to the Berean office a little earlier today. We were on the road by 8:20 am and made it to the office at 8:50 am to find a lot of the volunteers already there hard at work. If you would like to read about our morning there click HERE. We enjoyed the donuts after the work was done. We got home by noon. Mom was supposed to rest for an hour before going to Costco for her hearing aid appointment at 1:30 pm. Joan took her to that. Karin arrived at 12:15 pm so I left for home but stopped at the barn to pick up some of the crock pots for tomorrow's meal. Mark and Mackenson were working on clearing up the tree branches and not making a lot of progress. That tree was just so huge and completely blocked the drive.

I worked on putting tables and chairs away in the new barn and filling the supplies. I damaged one of the round tables, was trying to put it on it's side so I could roll it into the closet. I had already put two away with no problem but this one fell and the screws came out of one of the legs. Phil looked at it and told me he could fix it by just putting in some new screws.  Phil, Anna and the girls arrived to load the paving stones into their car. They are building a fire pit for the group coming to the barn on Saturday.  Those stones weigh 80 pounds each and it was a family affair to get them loaded.
On the way back I stopped to take a picture of Cookie and Ken's mare standing together.
Diane and Mike were walking and stopped in, Mike offered to use his tractor to push the limb off and on to the ground. That should help with getting the drive cleared. I am SO thankful we live in a neighborhood where if something needs to be done someone usually has the equipment to do it. Sarah and Nolan only have 3 puppies left, their expected size is 15 to 25 pounds. These are 4 week old Cavapoo puppies. There are two males and one female left from this litter of 8:
They will be ready for their new home Nov 2nd and can be reserved now by visiting their website by clicking HERE and filling out an application.
