Zalena's Offspring

We had a beautiful morning, no rain!  It was also sunny and low humidity. Another wonderful day in church. After church Karin helped get Zalena and her filly out to clean the mud off their legs plus we teased Lily. Lily did not accept Valiant's advances. We will try again tomorrow.  The lady buying Zalena's filly came for a visit to meet her. She has named her Legend.
Right after they left the lady that bought this filly's full brother posted the pictures below and wrote this: In his daily living clothes mud mud and more mud
Northwest Indiana’s hidden treasure Floyd T Friesian colt 2 years old The most beautiful face on a colt I’ve seen in a long time

Zalena and Evan sure do put out gorgeous offspring.  Zalena was covered this morning by Evan so hopefully we will be expecting another one in 2020.
By the time the visitors left the volley ball games were finished. A group was still sitting around visiting. Diane and I went in to visit with mom who had just come home from the Sunday School picnic. She told us that went well. The kids had a very good time playing games and the dinner was great.
This was read in Bluffton's Apostolic Christian Church's announcements today. It was very well written and so true. Thanks for all of the prayers and support they have felt!
Monday night's tornado was a life changing moment for our family and employees. With the injured employee home and doing well, we are so grateful that no human lives were lost. Your outpouring of love, prayers, support and aid have been so humbling but also much needed. It could be said that this tornado took everything that we had, but in reality, it only shed light on what we really do have - an incredible church family, a caring community and most of all, a sovereign God who holds us in His loving hand and takes care of our every need. We want to extend our most heartfelt and sincere thanks to each and every one of you.... We love you all!
