After Emily finished plowing the driveways we moved in a round bale for the short shelter and let Sissy and her filly Dancing Ember out for the day. We walked over to mom's and joined Diane and Karin on the walk over to Rachel's to see how the micro house was coming along. The camera should have been taken over but it was quite a walk in the blowing snow. The micro house is almost finished. It is amazing what one can accomplish with girl power! We walked back then Emily and Karin tacked up Killian and Jenis and took off riding before the the temperature started dropping. They both had a great time but both horses ended up falling on the trails. The snow was deep and sometimes covering ice making it treacherous. They had fun though galloping through the deep drifts and came in exhilarated from the run. The next fun thing on the schedule was to take the 4 wheeler out to give kids snowboard and sled rides.
We stopped in at mom's for hot chocolate and to warm up by her heater before heading home. Karin and Emily started sewing the vaulting skirts but mom's sewing machine quit working after about 20 minutes. Dinner was here, just spinach pizza and bbq wings. After dinner everyone needed to play with the puppies before playing games.
Finally we they put the puppies away so we could play Mexican train.
They had a schedule to keep and the game made them a bit late. They needed to be at Rachel's to have a relaxing sit in the hot tub. Mark was the only one from here that drove in to church. It was just too cold and too snowy for us to take the trip in to Peoria.
