Today we at the Horsemeister farm are thrilled to report Paris is healed of her prolapsed rectum.
Each day when treating her I honestly thought we would be putting her down. The smell was so horrific that I couldn't stop gagging when scrubbing and cleaning off the rotting flesh. This morning she was almost back to normal and tonight it looks like a normal rectum. Sorry there are no pictures to be posted of this because some people in this family believe one shouldn't post pictures of horses bottoms.
Diane and I worked late today on the Bible study program. We finished the studies by noon then came back after lunch and processed the letters and made thousands of copies. The new copier is working out great although we have already had to replace the ink cartridge and a new roll of masters.
We stopped at Sam's on the way home for groceries, most important was the purchase of coffee. I was so close to being out of that very important beverage it almost caused a shudder just thinking that maybe I wouldn't have any for tomorrow morning.
Once back at the farm Emily helped with getting Isabella's Song covered by Evan. Emily worked Evan early then spent the rest of the morning laying paving blocks until it became so hot she had to jump in the pond. She worked on the patio until she ran out of blocks. She left for Middle Grove with Mike around 4:00pm to work on fences. Tonight after dinner Lola was covered by Valiant.
