Moving Bales

After a quick dinner Mark and I headed out to start moving the new bales off the field.
They were dropped in front of the barn,
until Mark could move the old bales out of the way. The new bales were put at the back of the barn and the old in front so they get used first.
We moved 3 of the old bales into paddocks and the one small new bale was given to the 2 new paint mares. We now have 120 round bales in the barn. Below is Prissy looking over at the ponies.
She has such a beautiful face. Rhoda came over early this morning with 3 dozen eggs all from the free range chickens where she is house sitting. The owners have 30 hens and the eggs stack up quickly. They will be shared all around.
