New Mare

Just Diane and I walked. Diane is now home from Gulf Shores, we did two rounds and quick, really getting some exercise. Ruth wasn't feeling well but still offered to stay with mom this morning so I was able to go to the barn to get 3 of the tables down and put away 24 chairs. The group coming in tomorrow is an extended family coming in from 3 different states and have 20 people so they don't need seating for 60 like the last group. There were two coats a pair of gloves and another bag full of winter gloves and hats left. If anyone knows who they belong to please let me know and I'll get them back to you. The two coats were left on the hooks, the adult pair of gloves was left on the couch and the bag of kids hats and gloves were left on the desk.

They are now all at the house. Mark had the 2003 truck in the gym taking the Horsemeister decals off so that truck can be sold. We decided not to insure it for 2024 and not renew the license on it. Once he was done I took new pictures and a short video of him starting and driving it. The good thing about this truck is the 4 wheel drive works amazing and the tires have great tread. There will be no getting stuck in the snow this winter for the buyer. It also had the ball joints replaced and it runs well. Below is the short video of Mark driving it around the circle drive then parking it back in the barn.

I also took a few pictures for the ad.

It is missing the tail gate but those can be picked up at any junk yard. I've dropped the price to $4500.00 to help pay for a tailgate.
Stephanie brought KJ and 6 kids over to play today. They loved the bouncy house.
Israel really wanted to remove one of the blowers so they could have fun collapsing the house but we decided not today.
The spike ball net ring had a leg broken on it so I took that home to fix. Mark brought his drill in and held it for me to fix. One screw did the job.
that will be taken back out to the barn tomorrow morning.
Mike borrowed the truck, he is leaving early in the morning to pick up a new Thoroughbred mare. This mare will be bred to Valiant. He is determined to get the perfect Friesian/TB cross and now owns 3 Thoroughbred mares off the track. Her picture is posted below.
Her name is Aiken to be Takin, she is 7 years old, 16 hands and this mare is only 2.5 hours away. She is a dark bay, tall and has a quiet disposition according to her trainer. We will meet her tomorrow afternoon.
