Another Booking

David brought Israel and Elisabet over for a few hours this morning. I was glad to quit work and head out to play. We went first to the playground for jumping on the trampolines.

Next we took a long golf cart ride ending up in the indoor arena when rain started to move in. Israel had a ball playing on the round bales.
We got no more than a few sprinkles of rain so took the golf cart back to the playground but this time we played in mom's basement where she has wonderful toys for both boys and girls.

Mom was at quilting but we still enjoyed her balcony swing while watching the geese on the lake.
Playtime came to an end so we headed over to the arena and worked on pulling weeds.
After the grandchildren left I got busy moving bales putting in 3 new bales. Ribbon's old paddock got one and Star, Zephyr, Roxanne and Giselle were moved into that paddock. Evan was put in the round pen so a new bale could be put in his paddock then Valiant was moved into Evan's paddock.  The last bale moved in was in Valiant's paddock but that shelter needed to be cleaned out first. The skid steer was taken out for that job. Once the bale was moved in Evan was given that paddock so he can enjoy the field for awhile. He was thrilled to be out on grass but spent the first hour sniffing around for Valiant's manure piles and adding his manure on top of any he found. Silly boys!
Since the grader was on the tractor the outdoor arena was graded to help flatten the sand piles.
Braelyn had soccer practice this evening so Anna dropped off Taegan and Kensley to help with the weeding of the arena. It was much easier after the grading.

Mark came home a little early and went out to grade all the drives. He was really kicking up some dust on these gravel drives.

Roxanne and Giselle were fascinated with the tractor going by.
Braelyn showed me her shin guards after her soccer practice.
Mark got the finish mower hooked up to mom's small Kubota tonight with Spark's help. That was taken over to the playground, tried out then put away in the shed. Hopefully that will cut down the mowing time over there for Joan. I finally got the Berean blog updated, if you would like to read about our Tuesday there click HERE.
The day ended with someone wanting to book the apartment starting tomorrow and leaving on the 10th. It is a couple with 2 children a 15 year old daughter and a 4 year old son, they would really really like to see Wicktoria give birth. Sure hope it happens for them and the birth is uneventful with a healthy foal.
