Monday Funday at Diamond Lake

A bunch of the family went wake boarding early while the lake was calm. They took my video camera and got some good video. All of the video will be rendered once home. While they were out enjoying the lake I was busy frying bacon, lots of bacon, 39 eggs were scrambled, 24 biscuits baked, 3 tomatoes sliced thin, a gallon of orange juice, and 4 pots of coffee rounded out the breakfast this morning. Wake boarding expends lots of energy making the hunger around here hard to satisfy. We had another beautiful hot sun shiny day. Below are a few pictures.

The rest of the pictures were placed on Mark's facebook page. After our fun filled funday Monday David and Stephanie cooked our dinner, grilling chicken kabobs filled with all colors of peppers, sweet vandalia onions, grape tomatoes off David and Stephanie's garden. To round out the meal they provided brown rice. After dinner the group walked, rode bikes or drove to the local ice cream shop for dessert. We still had daylight so played more bean bag games and of course Carbols. For the evening we watched the movie God's Not Dead. And just think we get to wake up tomorrow and do it all over again. This has been a great trip.
