To Grow Again
Our big Meister family is going to grow again.
The baby Amy Beth is adopting was born yesterday. A big beautiful boy 9 pounds 2 ounces 21 inches long. He will soon join his three sisters who are anxiously waiting his arrival. This addition puts Beth WAY in the lead as far as grand children.
I'm hoping Rhoda will come over today and ride Jenis. Now that I have the computer back and the weather has cooled a bit, there are video's waiting to be made. Jenis' filly is really one of the special ones and a video would do more to show off her amazing movement than a still picture.
A funny true story was told on the walk a few days ago and will be shared here. Spark, the owner of Meister Electric got a call from one of his service men who was out on a job. The client was having problems with his electric fence, The service man couldn't figure out why the electric fence was not working. After listening Spark said, "I just don't know what the problem could be, I'll have to call my attorney (Mike)."
We are pleased to report Between Spark and Mike the problem was diagnosed and fixed.
Joan's family all made it back to Haiti safe and sound. Their suitcases are always packed to the maximum weight allowed of 50 pounds each. Tim was carrying up the stairs 2 at a time and struggling a bit. Nice to know something slows this man down!
