Broken LapTop

The old laptop wouldn't turn on Monday. Philip is letting me use his but it is very early and I haven't figured out how to take the pictures off the camera and onto here. It is just after 5:00 am here (4:00 am our time) and everyone is sleeping so no one to ask. Thankfully Philip's laptop cord worked with mine so below are a few pictures of the day. We had a jam packed day Monday starting with amazing wakeboarding.

The lake was like a mirror. This was the day that Addyson age 8 and Braelyn age 6 learned how to wakeboard!

Taegan tried too.

After breakfast Sarah and Nolan took the grandchildren out on the pontoon boat stopping at the sand bar so they could play. After lunch the jet ski was used for wakeboarding lessons. Nolan got up for his very first time wakeboarding

and Lee learned to stand upright. We took the pontoon boat out again to the sand bar and used that as a home base while the jet ski was used for tubing and wakeboarding.

It was a perfect day, hardly a cloud in the sky and the temperature running just over 80 degrees. Mark and I decided to swim back to the lake house from the sand bar and that's when our problem happened. Our faces got fried in the sunshine. It was Taunya's turn to make dinner and she had a delicious roast with new potatoes, carrots, onions and amazing seasonings cooking in the crock pots that filled the house with a wonderful savory smell. Of course all that swimming really builds up the appetite. In the evening David, Nolan and Lee went to a baseball game. Taunya had to take Ben in to a prompt care and from their they sent him to an emergency room. He developed a very painful abscess that had to be lanced. Rhoda and Lee had listed their house for sale right before we came on this trip and last night they got a solid offer. It looks like the house is sold and they will be moving. WE are really having a wonderful vacation.
