Ribbon In

Oh my did we have a busy day at Berean. Lots of helpers and lots of work got done. We still need to get our computers linked so Diane and I can both print labels. We ran out of Bible sleeves which shut down the wrapping of the Bibles and as they had finished their work those workers left before lunch today. We still had a big crowd for lunch. Diane brought that in today and served us bbq chicken sandwiches with fresh fruit, chips and for dessert ice cream bars.
Emily dropped off Megan then had to run to the farm to meet Luna's owner who planned on arriving at 11:00 am. She was a bit late which gave Emily time to tease Ribbon and when she showed cover her with Valiant.
Ribbon's size is impressive and in the past her foals were always the biggest babies of the year each year but this year Whitney is expecting so that might change. Whitney actually makes Ribbon look small. The picture below was taken of Whitney and Ribbon last summer. See what I mean about making Ribbon look small.
I stopped at the fellowship hall on the way home to check out the progress of the decorating committee. Below is the candy corner.
I was getting ready to take a picture when something moved under the table. Jordan, Rebekah's son was playing quietly in his 'fort'.
So many of the ideas for this wedding are coming from Rebekah. Check out her decorating blog by clicking Charming Imperfections Rebekah is very talented and can be hired out but only if you are very very rich or related. Anni, Rebekah's sister is also talented, she is making the books for the table. Below is one of her creations.
We had visitors this evening. Anna and Taunya brought over 6 of our 7 grandchildren for the evening while they went with Sarah and the bridesmaids to have pedicures and manicures before the wedding.

We did pretty well tonight but probably only get a B- or less. Jack lost his shoes somewhere outside. We took the golf cart around trying to find them but no luck.
