Sunny Sunday

What a blessing 2 days of sunshine in a row. Today was sunny but cold. Church was wonderful as usual. Ken Hoerr's morning service was just for me, sorry about all you people having to sit through my sermon. Zalena's loss had really been bothering me but after listening to the service this morning it's ok. Willis had the afternoon service.
Karin, Phil, Anna, Sarah, Braelyn and Taegan came for dinner then headed over for the Sunday evening volleyball. Below are a few pictures of the evening.

It was a little too cool outside for Taegan and Braelyn we took them into mom's house to let them play inside. Below is Taegan very happy on Diane's lap playing the piano.
Someone was shooting nearby so Heidi needed to come inside to comfort mom, she was just sure mom would be trembling in her chair.

After volley ball, Mike built a fire and brought out the bacon, big thick slabs of salty heartattackonastick!

Below is Braelyn enjoying the fire with her daddy Phil:

She soon wanted down to play, first climbing on the 4 wheeler, then the bouncy horse and then scaring this grandma by climbing up the big sliding board.

We enjoyed the evening and are more than ready to head to bed. This outside play is tiring.
