Did Someone Say Bacon

This evening was too nice to stay indoors. A big group of us ended up migrating to mom's for a campfire. Two huge slabs of bacon were brought over. Below is Jake and Jay with their slabs, Spark also has his iron in the fire.

We'll get a close up of this delicious treat, dripping bacon grease into the fire as it slowly cooks.

We all had our fill of that filling treat. Rachel brought out her homemade cookies for dessert while we sat around the fire visiting. Logan, Ryan and Steven left the boring adult conversations and made their way over to the volley ball court turning the lights on. They discovered the lights were bright enough to lite weeds on fire to make smoke.

The camera was able to zoom in to spy on them just a bit better.

Their fire got just a bit too big for comfort, they all bent down to blow it out.

Our time was running out, bed time was past by the time we left the beautiful fire, pleasant conversations and wonderful company. Good night all!
