Karin's Youth Group
Mike had the horses all tied up at the Cabin when Karin arrived. She took out 7 horses each time. All went well, the only glitch was Anni not always following the group but that was easily fixed, Karin just ponied her. Horses used were Mika, Autumn, Anni, Paris, Duke, Walker Sally, and Bunni. Karin reported that Walker Sally is beginner safe. She hadn't been ridden since before she delivered her filly so it is great that she can be used. We will need to use Anni with a more experienced child until the mare learns to stay with the group. She is only 3 and we don't want her to pick up bad habits. The kids that were waiting their turn played volleyball, football and had a picnic by the campfire. Every one had a chance to go out at least once and some went multiple times. The weather was just perfect and the mud is drying up. If anyone took pictures and wants them posted, just email me and I'll put them up.
