98% Probability Tonight

Emma did not progress during the day yesterday and did not have her baby by morning. I would force myself to wake up every couple hours to check the monitor but slept in my own bed so feel much more rested. That was a good thing we had a busy day at Berean. It was wonderful that we had so many willing workers. Below Chuck, mom and Shirley are reading letters while Eva Jean opens the studies and Joan is making copies.
Jan and Joyce are busy applying the labels to the envelopes then putting the envelopes on the studies.
Faith, Berlica, Mackenson and Hannah are stamping our return address on 1500 envelopes.
This is a job Berlica does very carefully.
Mackenson always made sure his envelopes were stamped perfectly.
Hannah and Faith just worked on them until the next job arrived.

Tim Martin from the Goodfield Bible Distribution arrived with over 600 Bibles. We formed a chain to off load them from his trailer into the shop.

We decided to go to lunch once the studies were all processed then work on getting the Bibles mailed out after lunch. Chuck, Eva Jean, Shirley, mom, Joan and the kids all agreed to stay on for the afternoon. We had a good lunch at Denny's then got to work. Below is a short video clip of our assembly line:
I am thankful for the monitoring system Mark and the kids gave me for my birthday. I was able to check on Emma during work hours and could tell she was not in labor so was not in a hurry to get home. That is just an amazing invention. Once home Zalena and her filly were taken out to the cabin field with the other mares and foals. The day is sunny but cool and the horses were enjoying the grass. Becca arrived while I was moving a new bale in for Killian. I was glad for her help, it just makes it easier with another set of hands. Once Emma's stall was cleaned and the horses fed we tested Emma. She is testing just below 250 giving us a 98% probability she will deliver tonight. Not going to bet on that though. Emma is just different enough to be in that 2% of holding off labor.
Mom came over for a visit then came up to the barn with us for the last feeding of the evening. Emily's cat has had her kittens during the night or early morning. Not sure where she is hiding them but she is definitely thinner.  The skid steer was used to dump a load of gravel at the breeding stand then of course I had to have Evan try it out. Oksana is still in and it really did help. He got her covered without slipping at all. Sheena and Jurista are also in season.
