I didn't sleep well last night. I just couldn't shut my mind off after the Meister Christmas party. It really was a great evening. Even mom didn't want to leave we were all having so much fun. It was 8:30 pm and clean up had just started when Karin suggested it was time to go home but mom said no. She didn't want to leave yet. After lying in bed wide awake I finally just got up and started working on the video of yesterday. At 3:15 am my phone went off, it was someone wanting to book the barn for 2025 Thanksgiving. I quickly blocked it off and explained that we needed the barn for OUR thanksgiving and apologized for not blocking it off sooner. I would also have blocked off Dec 25th 2025 but will need to wait until after that date as that is when it opens up. I never thought of people wanting to book a place a year in advance. It was almost 3:30 am before I went back to bed and slept well until 5:30. Just Diane and I walked as Joan has Co-op and Ruth over slept. We stopped in at mom's and rehashed the party. We didn't leave there until 8:45 am. Mark was more than ready for breakfast by the time I got back into the house. After breakfast I went over to start cleaning the barn to get it ready for the next Christmas party which will be held tomorrow. I worked over there until 1:30 pm. The golf cart was driven into the gym to warm up and once the lithium battery was room temperature it was put on the charger and will be left on all night. Mark came with my car to pick me up as I had a lot to bring home along with Diane and Joan's roasters that needed to be taken back to their respective owners. I have one big load of towels to wash, those will be taken back to the barn tomorrow and can be used to clean up the melted snow as people walk inside. By the time I got home I was cold and tired. Mark had a fire going in the wood burner and that comfortable rocker recliner was calling my name. I slept until 3:30 pm. My next job was to run up to the apartment, turn on the lights, sweep the floor incase there were any ladybugs, where there were a few and make sure the heat was on. My guests let me know they would come after dark. The porch lights were turned on and I took a few pictures of the barn as the sun was setting by the time I got done. We heated up chili for supper tonight. We were supposed to go to Israel, Elisabet, Zion, Eden and River's Christmas program at 6:00 pm at Bethany but didn't remember that until 5:30 pm. Mark wasn't feeling well and just didn't want to clean up and go. I didn't want to go by myself so we sent a message to David to not save our seats. Sarah posted the picture below of her 3 girls at the program.

Clean UP Day
David sent back a couple videos of the kids performing. Below is Israel's class:
Below is Elisabet's class:
What a great program.
The picture below is of the mares at Middle Grove Friday morning before the snow started. Mike sent it but I am just now getting it posted.
This isn't all of the mares but they sure are nice looking horses.
This evening I found all the pictures taken today were either erased or I thought I was taking them and they didn't take. Weird happenings. Oh well none of them were important. My guests have just now arrived. They are staying 2 nights and are excited to be able to see horses out the windows.
