Tim's Obituary

It was kind of hard to wake up this morning. Diane also overslept but we all still made it to the walk in time. Ruth, Diane, mom and I walked to Joan's house to visit a bit with that house full. Bill and Bethany and their 4 children are staying with her until after the funeral.  Joan had to meet with Tim's siblings at 1:00 pm today to work on the arrangements.  After the walk Indy was teased and covered by Evan then Valiant got a new bale. My next job was to find a ripe tomato for my breakfast then after breakfast moved the Wildwood camper out to the arena. We have someone coming in on Friday that wants to stay in that plus they need a fire pit and chairs for 8 people. Mark took the skid steer over to Joan's and picked up the left over blocks we used for her beach. After moving the trailer and putting the fire pit together I took a few pictures and sent them by text to the lady coming from Alaska to make sure this was suitable.

I also sent the one below to show her how far it was from the apartment but that she would be welcome to drive her car back and park next to the trailer.
They will be using both the apartment and the trailer and are coming for their grandmother's birthday. The arena worked out best as the arena is lighted if they want to stay up late visiting plus there is a way to plug the trailer in right there at the light pole. The response was very positive, I think they will enjoy their stay.  The farmer arrived with the rake around 10:00 am, got the fields raked then this afternoon brought the baler over and we ended up with 39 nice big bales.

They finished baling around 3:30 pm and I refused to start moving them into the barn. We needed to leave around 5:20 pm for the family night dinner and message at the fellowship hall and I did not want to start moving them getting filthy in the process with not have enough time to get them all in AND it isn't suppose to rain for a few days so I can easily get them in tomorrow. Instead of moving bales Mark worked on the popcorn machine.  The plug just needed to be secured better.

Tim's obituary was posted so copied and posted here:

We look forward to a joyful reunion in heaven, when the pain of this world is no more and all things are restored. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the Apostolic Christian Faith Church in Eureka.   Church ministers will officiate.  Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm on Monday, at the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall and from 9 – 9:45 am on Tuesday prior to the services at the church.  Burial with a 1:30 pm graveside service on Tuesday will be at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Peoria.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Harvest Call.

We ended up leaving a little early for the family night dinner at the fellowship hall and spent about 15 minutes walking through our beautiful church cemetery visiting dad's grave, Joshua's grave and Gabriel's grave.  Gary and Marie served dinner to around 150 people. Dinner was delicious which meant Marie did all the cooking. After dinner Ron Farney had a talk on World Relief projects and how to share the gospel.
