Mark took my old and new phone in to the shop this morning to get everything transferred over to the new and get that one up and running. I left with the golf car at 6:45 am to get Rhonda's cat fed then back here to tease Whiskey, the outside mare. She is showing but would not accept Evan. I brought him up twice and both times she kicked. We will try again tomorrow. For our walk this morning mom and I rode the golf cart for the first round. Mom just didn't feel well enough to walk. The golf cart is quiet enough we can still visit while the others get their exercise. After the first round mom went back inside. NO golf cart was used on the second round. I checked out AC Central as it is Thursday morning and noticed John Bradle had a study on Fathers in Tremont. After listening I decided to download it but needed a picture for the video. I wanted a father with his children and looked on the internet but couldn't find anything suitable that wasn't copywrited so just decided to use my 5 boys with their children. They are all wonderful fathers.

Logan & Carli's Shower
That was kind of time consuming so if you decided to listen to the video you will see the same pictures over and over. The message was VERY good for dads. As soon as that was finished I left for Meister's to pick up the new phone. Thankfully it is the same phone as Anna has so she can teach me. At 4:45 pm mom had a video conference with her cardiologist. I went over to help set it up. We made one mistake, we forgot to take her phone off blue tooth so when the doctor was speaking only mom could hear as it was only going through her hearing aids. This call was for the doctor to tell mom the results of the monitor she wore for 72 hours. Her heart only dropped down to 40 beats a minute once during that time. She is doing well enough they really don't want to put a pacemaker on but will see how she does for the next 6 months. Anna picked mom and I up tonight for Carli and Logan's wedding shower.
That was VERY nice. Rachel, Jessica and Susan had a wonderful meal for everyone.
They had lots of fresh colorful veggies, and a wonderful potato bar with all kinds of toppings including taco meat, shredded taco cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, butter, and hot sauce.
The desserts were fresh fruit, a chocolate log, really delicious cookies and cheese cake parfaits.
Below are the two grandmas.
We enjoyed the meal, the visiting and getting to see all the abundance of gifts. It was a very nice evening.
