Taunya's family arrived at 1:40 am, Phil and Anna's family arrived at 9:00 am. We sang outside on the top balcony this morning with David playing the guitar. Thankful to worship our Lord by song. Right after breakfast the kids went down to the pool to swim. They started before the water in the water slide was turned on but when the maintenance people saw our kids using it they came pretty quickly to turn it on.
Mark and I went to the state park marina to rent a boat for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. There were lots of turtles and geese waiting for a handout as we were entering the building.
They came in for lunch then went out on a hike to some cliffs, a waterfall and a fun creek to play in.
Instead of going for a walk I went to Walmart to pick up a tow rope for the second tube. When I got back the kids were all playing games in the living room.

We had Italian beef for supper then celebrated Elisabet's birthday.
After the party the kids went back down to the pool with David supervising. When Israel came back with the other kids David didn't. Israel told us he didn't think his dad saw them sneak out to come back to the house. As a joke Stephanie sent a text telling David to put suntan lotion on Abe. David walked in right then and told us He didn't come back because all those 60 screaming kids left and the pool was quiet. He just wanted to enjoy the peace before coming back to the house. BTW there were only 14 screaming kids, not 60 it just sounds like 60. If ou would like to see the pictures from today click HERE. We had a fun first full day!
