Current river

We made it down by 2 PM, the house is nice But we're glad we have 2 campers for  Philip and Anna's family and Sarah and Nolan's family. The little girls went right out to catch spiders as Eden had a spider cage.
Within a few minutes she had 6 spiders in that cage.
Nolan soon got a baseball game going.
Below is a short video.
Mark, Phil and Anna walked over to the canoe rental place and arranged to rent 6 canoes for tomorrow's trip down the river. When they got back they loaded into two cars and drove to the hatchery with lots of quarters to feed the fish. Mark and I stayed back to watch Zeke but they sent back a few pictures.

They went on a hike next.
IT wasn't until dinner was being prepared when I realized I had forgotten all the plastic ware, there were not enough forks for us to eat dinner. Thankfully Joan has the motorhome well stocked. The other thing this house is lacking is big bowls. There was only one and we needed 3, one for the salad, one for the watermelon and one for the broccoli. I found pans that worked. We demolished 5 full racks of ribs.
For dessert they built a fire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores.

We played question games until bedtime.  A full first day.
