Another Tuesday

Hard to believe a week has gone by, it seems Tuesday was just a couple days ago. Where does the time go?
As soon as Mark came home from work last night he wanted help moving some heavy items that take 2 people. The central air is now up and working and we no longer need the window units. We had a high yesterday of 86 degrees and of course had to try it out. The stall area dropped quickly from 81 degrees to the target of 78 degrees. When Rhoda came over to pick up her phone charger last night she was more than willing to help take down the plastic sheeting in the stall area. Mark came out to help remove the hardware and when Spark came over to put the fire engine back in the barn he was pressed into helping Mark remove both window air conditioners.
These are so heavy it really did take 2 men, not that I was being lazy or anything.
Once the stall area was cleaned up we headed in to clean up. The lime dust had covered every inch of me and my hair, I looked like an old gray haired albino and it took a LONG shower to scrub this off.
Mike sent a text the horses are doing well, they packed up a mountain 10 and a half miles loaded down with gear and recovered quickly. They have seen no elk so will probably move today and look in another area.
A lady called from Metamora, she wanted directions to Bridlewood as she wanted to start her grand daughter on riding lessons. After spending a good ten minutes giving her detailed directions she told me her grand daughter just loves horses and is three years old. That is too young to start riding lessons, she needs to find someone with ponies near by that will lead her around for a few bucks. Anyone in Metamora do that?
Ultrasounds are scheduled for Thursday afternoon. Kay's mare needs to be done, Breyer needs one, and we have Jenis and Ylse here that need one. DaMita should be brought in from Middle Grove for one also but I'm not sure if there will be enough time to do that. We may have Dr. Hoerr check Sangria. She is only 4 months along but looks HUGE to us, hope she is not carrying twins!
